🐝 ASB Crackdown in Chinatown 🐝

Due to recent reports of a rise in anti-social behaviour (ASB) in the Chinatown area, local neighbourhood beat officer PC 09078 Tang and supervisor PS 15794 Allpress conducted a proactive foot patrol this week.
 

👮‍♂️ Two males were stop and searched under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act after being spotted smoking what was believed to be an illegal substance. Cannabis was found, and one individual was issued a community resolution — a decision that will show on an enhanced DBS check.
 

🚫 Reminder: Smoking drugs is a criminal offence. We take it seriously — regardless of who you are or how much is involved.

We’ve seen an increase in ASB, loud music, and drug use disturbing our peaceful community. But rest assured, we’re taking action. A planned day of action is coming soon. Stay tuned.
